I'm Paul, and I started this company because I got tired of watching Conroe homeowners wait three or four days for a plumber while a small leak turned into a big problem. We run same-day service seven days a week. When you call, Deborah or one of the office staff books you in and texts you a photo and name of your tech before he leaves for your house. You know who's coming and when.

Our guys like Andrew have been with me for years. They show up on time, explain what's wrong in plain terms, call the office for a quote before they start, and leave your floors cleaner than they found them. We've done over a thousand jobs in Conroe and the surrounding area, and most of our new calls come from neighbors who've used us before. If it's leaking, clogged, or broken, we'll get it fixed today.

Had a sink and faucet installation. Booking appointment was easy and was able to have work done within a few days. The company texted the name and photo of the plumber, which was great. Our plumber was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable. The plumbing and counter adjustments to accommodate the new sink were expertly completed. The new sink installed along with a faucet and garbage disposal, water purifier, and dishwasher were reconnected. The plumber took all the old materials out and left the area clean. I recommend this company.

Needed a service call for evaluation of a small drip, possible leak under a master bathroom sink…was able to receive same day service and repair. Darling call center receptionist who was so helpful scheduling me. Andrew R. ended up coming out earlier than the scheduled assigned plumber and our issue was handled quickly and neatly. Will definitely be using Paul the Plumber for my plumbing issues moving forward!

Such a great experience! We had a gas line debacle and Paul made our job a priority. He made his initial visit on Christmas Eve because we were expecting some cold weather. Although we had to wait for the City to reopen Paul and his team worked hard to complete our job on the same day they were able to start and for a fraction of other price quotes we got! Can you really come out the same day I call?

Yes, if you call in the morning we can usually get to you that afternoon. We run trucks seven days a week, including Sundays and most holidays. Even when we're slammed, we prioritize emergencies like water heater leaks or gas line issues.

Do you text me the plumber's name and photo before he arrives?

We do. Once we assign your job, the office texts you the tech's name and photo so you know exactly who's coming. No surprises at the door.

How much do you charge compared to other Conroe plumbers?
